  • UNM Learn maintenance window: Saturdays 4:30 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. MT (Tuesday, January 18, 2022)

    UNM Learn has a weekly maintenance window Saturday mornings from 4:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. MT.  The application will be unavailable for part or all of the window, depending on the nature of the work being done.

    UNM Learn may also be unavailable as needed for routine system maintenance. Due to the limited usage of UNM Learn at this point, most routine Learn maintenance will take place during the work week, typically between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. MT. The exception is quarterly database and application server updates which will take place on Saturdays (four times per year) between 4:30am and 12 noon. In addition to this, IT may conduct general system maintenance that affects multiple systems on campus, including UNM Learn. The general system maintenance window is on Sundays, from 6 a.m. until 12 noon MT. In most circumstances, announcements will be posted in UNM Learn two weeks ahead of time to notify users of any outages planned during these windows.
